We provide email support between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Eastern Time. We are closed Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, and Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.

Kingdom First Arena Module Support

We offer support for our Arena All Access subscribers. If something isn't working right open a ticket using the button below. You can also check our Arena Module Bug List to see if you are experiencing a known issue. Please note that we are unable to provide configuration assistance, custom development or report requests through our support system. Please contact us here for other requests.

Emergency Support Form

  • You must have an existing support ticket in order to request an emergency response. Currently our ticketing system is not sending auto responses to ticket submissions. In order to access your ticket please visit our support system and either sign in with your existing support profile or create a new one.
  • Kingdom First charges $350.00 per hour with a two hour minimum for emergency support. Charges are only incurred if Kingdom First is able to work the request.
  • If we are unable to work your request we will notify you, expire your request and no charges will be incurred.
  • Since our passion is helping churches, Kingdom First will make every effort to work emergency requests, however, as a small team our resources for emergency support are limited.
